description
PRESSURE HOSE
The invention relates to a pressure hose for clamping and pressing of functional elements against another element for a machine for producing and / or finishing a paper, cardboard or other fibrous web, wherein the pressure hose consists of an elastic base material and for clamping and / or contact pressure and / or employment of the functional element against the other element in its interior with gas or a liquid can be acted upon.
The pressure hoses per se are well known. For example, reference is made to a squeegee device which is described in DE 10 2004 029 565 A1. In this device, a clamping hose and a pressure hose is disclosed, which are each received in a retaining strip. Reference is also made to DE 296 10 773 1) 1, in which a free-jet nozzle device for direct or indirect orders of a liquid to pasty medium is disclosed on a moving web. Here, the pressure hose is used within an adjusting device for adjusting the gap width of a nozzle gap existing between die lips, from which the application medium is dispensed.
In addition, reference is made to a last arrangement for a machine for producing fibrous webs, which is described in DE 40 19 884 A1 and WO 2010/000683 A1. With the help of resilient lifting devices, which are designed as pressure hoses, here drainage strips are pressed against a wire.
Known hoses have in part reinforcing fibers which are embedded scattered in the base material. These reinforced hoses should increase the dimensional stability and / or pressure resistance or bursting pressure.
However, the hoses are subject due to temperature influences during operation, especially a thermal expansion. This leads to the hose ends wandering over guides or expanding and then exposed unprotected environmental influences. They pollute or come into contact with chemically aggressive media. In addition, they can widen extremely in the border areas, because here the leadership is no longer available. Both eventually lead to hose damage or hose bursting in the edge area. An unplanned hose change with downtime is the result. The economy due to the deteriorating runnability of the manufacturing or finishing machine thereby decreases.
Even if the marginal areas are equipped with partial hose reinforcements (so-called sock hoses), these partial reinforcements can migrate to the outside to the extent that new areas arise, which lie outside the hose guide unprotected. Here also the described damage can occur.
It is therefore an object of the invention, starting from the cited prior art, to provide an improved pressure hose, which is prevented in its thermal expansion.
The object is achieved with the features of claim 1. According to the invention it is provided that in the base material of the pressure hose reinforcing fibers are embedded, which are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the pressure hose.
This inventive design of the pressure hose a significant increase in the tensile strength in the tube longitudinal direction and thus a much higher resistance to expansion due to thermal influences is achieved.
In the context of the invention, it is possible to introduce the reinforcing fibers as at least one single fiber or in the form of at least one fiber bundle in the base material. Hoses of lesser dimensions will be more likely to opt for single fibers, whereas fiber bundles are intended for larger dimensions.
It is also contemplated that the reinforcing fibers are distributed symmetrically as well as asymmetrically over the cross section of the pressure hose can be arranged. Decisive for the arrangement to be chosen is the location of the expected thermal influences.
As dimensions of the pressure hose cross section sizes between 5x5 mm to 100 x 100 mm are provided. The wall thickness of the pressure hose can be approx. 0.5 to 15mm and its length approx. 1500 to 15000 mm.
The pressure hose according to the invention is particularly suitable for the following applications: - Clamping and / or pressing and / or employment of a doctor element against a running surface, the current substrate is the fibrous web for direct order and a transfer element for indirect order For example, applicator roll or applicator belt, which then transfers the application medium to one or both sides of the fibrous web, and wherein the doctor element for metering and / or leveling of the application medium applied to the said running substrate used in coating facilities of the manufacturing and / or finishing machine; For setting a dosing gap of a coating nozzle for orders of the order medium on said running substrate in coating facilities of the manufacturing and / or finishing machine; - For the clamping and / or contact pressure and / or employment of a movable bar against another element, for example, drainage strip against the fibrous web or wire in the wet end of the production machine; - For the clamping and / or contact pressure and / or employment of a Ölabstreifleiste against a press roll in the press section of the production machine; - For the clamping and / or contact pressure and / or employment of a scraper against a roller or cylinder or covering a screen, press or dryer section of the production machine; It should be mentioned that the pressure hose according to the invention extends transversely to the machine direction or transversely to the direction of the fibrous web in all the applications mentioned above.
As a material for the base material of the pressure hose is for example rubber, rubber with fabric reinforcement, rubber reinforced fabric, polyurethane, fabric-containing PVC, silicone, natural rubber or fluoroelastomer in question. The reinforcing fibers embedded in accordance with the invention consist of CFRP (carbon fiber material), aramid (Kevlar), fiberglass (GRP) or a textile material.
Existing manufacturing and / or finishing machines can be easily retrofitted with the pressure hose according to the invention.
The object of the invention is also achieved with a method for producing a pressure hose. According to the invention in the base material for the pressure hose reinforcing fibers are embedded and vulcanized with, wherein the reinforcing fibers are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the pressure hose.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to embodiments. Shown schematically are: [0024] FIG. 1: different embodiments A to J of the pressure hose according to the invention, shown schematically in cross section; FIG. 2 shows a first example of an application for pressure hoses according to the invention
FIG. 1; 2.10
Austrian Patent Office AT12 471 U1 2012-06-15 [0026] FIG. 3 shows a second application example for pressure hoses according to the invention
FIG. 1; Figure 4: a third application example of the pressure hose according to the invention; Figure 5: various embodiments a to g of the present invention in cross-section schematically illustrated pressure hose for the application described in Figure 4; In the figures, the same components are provided with the same reference numerals.
In the figure 1 different embodiments A to J of the present invention in cross-section schematically illustrated pressure hose 1 can be seen. For the sake of clarity, some reference numerals are given only in the first example A, but relate to all examples.
The pressure hose 1 comprises a base material 2 consisting of, for example, rubber, rubber with fabric reinforcement, rubber-reinforced fabric, polyurethane, fabric-containing PVC, silicone, natural rubber or fluoroelastomer.
This pressure hose is used for clamping, pressing or employment of functional elements, such as doctor elements in the form of blades or cylindrical doctor bars, lips that form a metering for a medium discharge nozzle, scrapers or squeegees for keeping clean components, drainage strips against another element within a machine for producing and / or refining a paper, board or other fibrous web. This pressure hose is for the purpose of clamping and / or contact pressure and / or employment of the functional element against the other element in its interior with a pressurized fluid, such as gas or a liquid acted upon, as purely exemplary only in Figure 1, Example A is indicated by arrow 3. When pressurized fluid is applied, the pressure hose is opened, ie in the operating position, as shown everywhere in FIG. If the hose 1 is unencumbered, it can be compressed and the functional element loosened or released or returned to a service position.
With thick points drawn in Examples A to J indicated that the pressure hose has 2 reinforcing fibers 4 in its base material. These reinforcing fibers 4 are aligned in the longitudinal direction Q of the pressure hose and introduced into the base material as a single fiber or fiber bundle. These two options should include the specified point. The reinforcing fibers 4 may moreover be distributed symmetrically-see Example B, C, D, J or asymmetrically, as the other examples show, over its cross-section.
The dimensions of the cross section (axb) of the pressure hose are between 5 x 5 mm to 100 x 100 mm, its wall thickness (d) about 0.5 to 15 mm and its length in the Q direction is about 1500 to 15000 mm , These dimensions are also registered only in Example 1A, but in principle also apply to the other examples.
Incidentally, examples 1A to 1E each show simple round tubes, examples 1F and 1G each have round tubes with integrally formed T-guide piece 1.1, 1H an oval-shaped pressure tube and examples 11 and 1J each have a nasal tube, i. with nose 1.2 and also with molded T-guide piece 1.1.
2 shows a first application example of pressure hoses according to the invention according to Figure 1. In the example, a construction boxes like compound doctor device 5 is shown, which is arranged within a coating device of a manufacturing or finishing machine for a paper carton or other fibrous web. This squeegee device 5 is arranged downstream of an application device not shown and serves for metering and / or leveling-ie equalization of a previously applied to a running surface 6 application medium 7, for example coating color. As a running element, or running surface 6 an applicator roller 6.1 is shown, which transmits the received order medium 7 in a non-illustrated with running fibrous web in a non-illustrated nip. The squeegee device 5 shown here comprises, in addition to an indicated collecting container 8, a front wall 9 with overflow strip 10, a squeegee bed 11 for accommodating a rotatable, circular-cylindrical squeegee rod 12. To the squeegee bed 11 a skirting board 13 is formed, which is held between a support beam 14 and a holding body 15. This takes place with a first pressure hose 16 designed as a clamping hose, which corresponds approximately to the pressure hose 1 shown in FIG. 11 or FIG.
The doctor bed 11 together with doctor blade 12 are for the purpose of metering or leveling of the applied medium 7 with a second pressure hose 17 against the running surface 6 and the applicator roller 6.1 shown and pressed anstellbar. The thereby doctored medium 7 flows along the overflow 10 in the collecting container. 8
As can be seen from Figure 2, the doctor device 5 for the second pressure hose 17, which corresponds approximately to the embodiment shown in Figure 1, Example F or G, a pressing device 18 on. The pressing device 18 has a pressure strip 19, which is received in the holding body 15 and presses against the molded tee of the pressure hose 17 and also has an adjusting device 20 in the form of an adjusting spindle, which in turn actuates the pressure strip 19.
In the example shown in Figure 2, the two pressure hoses 16 (clamping hose) and 17 (pressure hose) each in a holding body 15 at one of the. In the example shown in Figure 2 Although there are also two pressure hoses 16 'and 17' (which resemble the pressure hose 17 from FIG. 2), these are accommodated in a continuous and one-piece retaining strip 21 arranged in parallel to the holding body 15. In this case, the two tubes 16 ', 17' facing with their in the clamping T-piece of the metering rod 12. In addition, the retaining strip 21 has a flexible portion or bending point 22. The retaining strip 21 with the pressure hoses 16 ', 17' carries on its opposite longitudinal side of the doctor bed 11. The retaining strip is 21, from the clamping area in the support body 14 to the upper edge of the doctor bed 11 ranges and yes carries both pressure hoses, with relief of the pressure hoses can be removed very quickly and easily from the device, whereby service work can be done faster than before.
The remaining components are almost identical to the first embodiment and will not be described again at this point.
In both cases, which are shown in Figures 2 and 3, the same cross-sectional dimensions between 5x5 mm to 25 x 25 mm, wall thicknesses between 1 and 5mm and lengths between 2000 and 13000 mm for the pressure hose 16, 17 and 16 ' , 17 'applicable. The reinforcing fibers 4 are embedded in both examples as a bundle and consist here of the material aramid (or Kevlar as another trade name).
Figure 4 shows a third schematically illustrated application example in the form of a pressing device 23 with a pressure hose for the wet end of a fiber web manufacturing machine in cross section. Instead of the previously described functional element metering rod to a pressure hose 24 here is a replaceable ceramic dewatering strip 25 as a functional element against a running surface 6, which is here a forming fabric 6.2, are pressed. The pressure hose 24 is received in a guide bracket 26. The guide bracket 26 has an outwardly facing T-piece 27, which in turn engages in a T-shaped recess 28 of a holding body 29 for the dewatering strip 25.
The pressing device 23 has a pressure bar 30 with a T-guide 31, which is in engagement with the integrally formed T-piece 24.1 of the pressure hose 24. The pressure bar 30 is arranged movable in the guide bracket 26 and is pressed by an adjusting device 32, for example with an adjusting spindle, against a transverse web of the guide bracket 26, whereby this on the molded T-piece 27, the holding body 29 together with drainage 4/10 Austrian Patent Office AT12 471 U1 2012-06-15 ing bar 25 to the sieve 6.2 presses. A discharge or service position of the pressing device 23 is made in reverse order.
Finally, FIG. 5 shows different embodiment variants A to G of the pressure hose 24 according to the invention, shown schematically in cross-section, for the application described in FIG.
For better clarity, the reference numerals are given only in the first example A, but relate to all examples of Figure 5.
Similar to the examples shown in Figure 1, the thick points drawn here also indicate that the pressure hose 24 has reinforcing fibers 4 in its base material. These reinforcing fibers 4 are aligned in the longitudinal direction Q of the pressure hose and introduced into the base material as a single fiber or fiber bundle. These two options should include the specified point. The reinforcing fibers 4 are distributed symmetrically over the pressure hose cross-section in the examples of FIG. Material and dimension are basically the same as shown and described in Figure 1 and are therefore not described repeatedly at this point and shown in Figure 5.
